InVivo Analytics is developing InVivoPLOT™ (3D) and InVivoGRID™ (2D high throughput) which enables fully automated analysis of preclinical optical imaging studies. It eliminates operator-dependent variability and error, increases reproducibility, and permits unbiased quantification of optical images. InVivoPLOT/GRID consists of a hardware add-on for imaging systems (i.e. IVIS Spectrum and Lumina) and access to a cloud-based data analysis software. A body-conforming animal shuttle (Patent Pending), a statistical mouse atlas (Patent Pending), and a tomographic reconstruction tool (Patent Pending) permit automated data analysis across different animals and time points. A comprehensive study report will automatically be generated. Since InVivoPLOT™/GRID™ is a platform-based technology, it is applicable to all fields of optical imaging and most molecular imaging modalities (PET, SPECT and CT).
